Monthly payments towards the purchase of gold coins, for the plan you choose, should be made on or before the 7th of each month. |

Please produce the Membership card issued to you, at the time of payment. |

Ensure that all payments made by you are duly entered in the Membership card. |
|
The prevailing gold coin rate, at the time of payment, for each month, will be applicable. |
|
A value addition charge of 3 %, for gold coins, will be applicable. |
|
Payments can be made via cash, A/c payee cheques or drafts. |
|
Please mention your name and Membership No. on the reverse of the cheque / draft. |
|
Outstation cheques, drafts or postal orders will NOT be accepted. |
|
Cheques should be drawn in favour of Vummidi Bangaru Jewellers. |
|
In case of default in monthly payment, your eligibility for purchase will be postponed by the number of months you have defaulted. |
|
If you wish to withdraw from the Sovereign Gold Coin Investment plan, before maturity ( 16 months),you will get the gold coins you have already paid for. |

If you wish to withdraw from the Gold Jewellery Investment plan, before maturity ( 18 months), no bonus will be given. You can buy gold, diamond or platinum jewellery for the weight of the gold coins you have already paid for. Making charges, stone charges and value additions etc. will be charged as applicable. |

Upon maturity, jewellery purchase will attract making charges, stone charges, value addition etc. as applicable. |
|
Gold coins cannot be purchased under the Gold Jewellery Investment plan. |
|
We will not entertain cash refunds, under any circumstances. |
|
VAT charges upto 1% will be borne by VBJ. |
|
The conduct of the scheme is subject to the terms and policies laid down by the Central and / or State Governments from time to time. |
|
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Chennai, India. |
|
The right to enrollment, will be at the discretion of the Management |
