We will provide state of the art in-store maintenance and repair from one of our highly trained specialists.

An estimate will be conducted, presented, and approved by the customer on all before any work is started.

The product much be accompanied by the invoice/receipt and any certification given at time of purchase, and it must be returned at the time of exchange.

The product should be in its original and complete condition.

We will exchange at a 100% rate on all Gold, Diamond, or Precious Gems and only on VBJ purchased product in its original and complete condition.

DEF quality Diamonds - Exchange at 90% and refund at 85% of current value. EF and GH quality Diamonds - Exchange at 100% and refund at 80% of current value.

Gold-exchange would be at 100% of current metal value and refund would be at 95% of current metal value.

Ruby, Emerald, Uncut / Rosecut diamonds and Blue Sapphire gems: 70% of the invoice value for exchange.

Platinum 100% of current metal value for exchange and 95% of current metal value for refund.

Any additional Color Stones, Pearls, Zircon etc. will have zero exchange value.

All products given for exchange or buyback will be subject to a Quality Check (QC) by our QC department or additional certified laboratory personnel. Please allow up to 3 working days for this process. In case an outside certified laboratory is to be used the time taken will depend on the third party.

All gift returns will fall under the same above exchange terms.

All cash payments for buyback will be made by company check. Refund will be made in the name of the customer whose name appears on the initial invoice/receipt.

The Company, Vummidi Bangaru Jewellers (VBI), reserves the right to inspect and examine all products that were presented for exchange/buy back. VBJ also reserve the right to make changes to any above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
